Haha, actually they are little parmesan popovers-turned-muffins! Amazingly, I didn’t have a hand in any of the food made on Thanksgiving, come to think of it. So no cornbread 😦 Ha but I love that you guessed that!
That’s ok – it’s nice to just show up and eat for a change, instead of stressing over cooking. Too bad no cornbread – but parmesan popovers turned muffins sound pretty delicious!
